This hotel is right in the heart of the old city, less than 100 metres from the cathedral. The street is closed to traffic, other than taxis, and the bus stop is near by. The staff were extremely helpful giving us information on where to eat, bus routes and parking (they have an arrangement with a nearby car park at 12 euros per day). Breakfast was very nice, a selection of four savoury dishes and four sweets. Our room was clean and serviced daily.

The location is superb, if you like the "old town" location. It is next door to the main cathedral - it just doesn't get better. Staff are all excellent. Everyone we met was very friendly, helpful and efficient but not obsequious. Food for breakfast was tasty and well presented. By the end of the week we were getting close to wishing there were a few more options available on the menu, but we weren't quite there yet.

You really feel that you are welcome to Masanet hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good: you can select your favorites from short list and food is prepared after your order. Real restaurant experience instead of normal breakfast buffet. Hotel is in beautiful old building, which has been just recently renovated completely, with good taste. Everything works well and our room was very clean. Hotel is in heart of old town. There are plenty of good restaurants in short walking distance.

This is without doubt the best place we have stayed in the Las Palmas to date. Obviously it helped that we were upgraded, but the rooms are magnificent, breakfast was top-notch, staff were welcoming and personable. The hotel is centrally located in the historical district.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Masanet nails it — warm, thoughtful service, insanely comfortable rooms (I legit didn’t want to leave mine), and a breakfast that’s actually worth waking up for. But the real gem? Gabby, the manager. She was absolutely perfect — kind, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. This place has heart. I’ll be back.

It's in a very nice part of the town with a variety of restaurants and shopping options around as well as some sights. It was easy to reach for us by bus and on foot. The staff was lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was very good and the room was nice and clean.

The hotel is right next to the cathedral and within walking distance to all major attractions. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a roof top deck and discounted parking. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was oustanding and set us up for the day. Location in the centre of Vegueta was perfect for viewing Las Palmas old and new or touring further afield.

The breakfast is superb, with fresh juice and a selection of hot and cold choices, all delicious. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the beautiful old town and very short walk from the Cathedral.
